In Short

• 8+ years of experience working on ASIC complex networking architectures
• Knowledge and experience with Ethernet layers, switching and network topologies
• Good understanding of ASIC design flow
• Experience with MAC and PCS sub-systems
• Experience with RDMA and/or MPI
• Knowledge of high-speed design
• Excellent communication skills within and across teams
• Experience with PCle and/or CXL is an advantage
• Experience with SOC architecture and SOC design flows is an advantage
• Good understanding of SOC/Networking security aspects is an advantage

Requirements

• Take a significant part of architectural definitions for NextSilicon SOCs
• Close collaboration with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams
• Evaluate and recommend selections of technology, IP, and vendor
• Technology expert; build a knowledge base for the group
• Influence roadmaps and help set technology targets for future SOCs.
