• Proactive and detail-oriented IT Technician needed for a hybrid role.
• Responsible for supporting internal IT environment and managing end-user hardware/software.
• Provide hands-on and remote support for technical issues.
• Set up and maintain user devices for onsite and remote employees.
• Manage user accounts and access during onboarding/offboarding.
• Assist with IT asset procurement and lifecycle management.
• Support company-wide SaaS tools and ensure compliance with IT policies.
• Collaborate with IT Manager to enhance system performance and security.
• Troubleshoot network issues and maintain secure hybrid IT environment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to internal teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT support or technical support roles.
• Proficiency with macOS and Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace administration and tools.
• Basic understanding of IT security principles.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently.
• Strong documentation habits and attention to detail.
