Overview

The Manager, Hospital Regulatory and Accreditation will support the enterprise at Tenet Healthcare, requiring a high percentage of nationwide travel.

In Short

• Responsible for regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
• Leads collaboration with corporate departments.
• Conducts facility surveys and provides leadership in performance improvement.
• Supports preparation for regulatory surveys (CMS, TJC).
• Develops policies and procedures for regulatory compliance.
• Creates educational materials on regulatory issues.
• Requires a Registered Nurse with advanced degree and relevant experience.
• Requires 75% national travel annually.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Certification required within twelve months of hire.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with advanced degree or relevant experience.
• Five years of regulatory and accreditation experience.
• Experience in healthcare/clinical settings.
• Functional knowledge of TJC, CMS, and other regulatory standards.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Leadership experience in interdisciplinary initiatives.
• Ability to develop corrective action plans.
• Expertise in regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
• Polished communicator at all levels.
• Proficient with various software tools and systems.
