In Short

• Help Tenchi clients understand our product features and best practices for reducing cyber risk in cloud environments.
• Perform routine operations to meet our clients' requests, generating insights for future automation.
• Diagnose product-related issues and work with technical support and engineering teams.
• Monitor the health of client environments and collaborate to drive product adoption.
• Provide customer feedback and insights for product improvements.
• Engage with clients to identify their needs and assist in achieving cybersecurity objectives.
• Track and report key metrics such as client satisfaction and product usage.
• Assist in creating and maintaining client-facing resources.
• Experience with Python programming and task automation is a plus.
• Experience with QuickSight, PowerBI, and analytics dashboards is a plus.
