Overview

The Cloud Media Services Intern will work with Tencent Cloud Media Service, providing technical support and customer relationship management in the audio and video technology sector.

In Short

• Support the regional sales team as a point of contact for customers.
• Provide technical support for pre-sales consultations and PoC verification.
• Analyze customers' media business technology architecture.

Requirements

• Pursuing or completed a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Relevant coursework or internships in cloud computing.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in audio and video fields preferred.
• Strong customer-oriented work skills.
• Experience with public clouds is a plus.
• Cross-cultural communication skills are preferred.
