Staff Product Manager, Observability - Remote

Overview

As a Staff Product Manager, Observability, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Temporal Cloud’s observability, visibility, and analytics capabilities. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, go-to-market, and customers to deliver actionable insights that help customers monitor, troubleshoot, optimize, and grow their use of Temporal.

In Short

• Develop a holistic observability roadmap across all of Temporal’s Cloud and OSS offerings.
• Drive the definition, validation, and launch of new observability-based product lines.
• Enhance audit logging capabilities for enterprise compliance.
• Create a seamless workflow history export experience.
• Partner closely with engineering, design, sales, and support.
• Gather customer feedback and telemetry data to inform product decisions.

Requirements

• Deep expertise with observability platforms and analytics products.
• Familiarity with distributed systems telemetry and metrics visualization.
• Understanding of operational challenges in observability.
• Proven track record of delivering developer-focused tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Analytical, customer-obsessed product management style.
