Senior QA Engineer - Remote

Overview

Telgorithm is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to design and execute comprehensive test strategies ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our API endpoints.

In Short

• Design and execute test strategies for API reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with the development team to identify risks and automate testing.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
• Automate testing processes using tools like Playwright (Typescript).
• Provide detailed reports on testing progress and outcomes.
• Work independently and be self-directed from Day One.
• Engage in requirements gathering sessions with the development team.
• Document and track defects, ensuring issues are resolved.
• Contribute to a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

• Experience in functional testing.
• Experience in testing API services using tools like Postman.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries.
• Deep understanding of software testing principles.
• Experience with Cypress or readiness to switch to Playwright.
• Ability to isolate defects and communicate effectively.
• Experience with load testing is a plus.
