Customer Success Manager - Remote

Overview

Join Tekton Labs! We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to expand relationships with existing accounts and support up and cross selling efforts in the Latin America Region. This role involves developing and executing the account team coordination and acting as the main articulator of all account related initiatives, making sure all clients needs are met and exceeded, contributing to the company’s market growth. The ideal candidate should have a solid background of experience in project and people management.

In Short

• Ensure the operability of the delivery in all accounts in the region.
• Act as a coordinating link between the teams.
• Ensure existing Latin American accounts are prioritized for margin and revenue.
• Strengthen alliances with existing accounts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the customer and the company.
• Monthly analysis of account and team performance.
• Lead the region's account team.
• Oversee all projects in the region.
• Identify and propose opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze the competition to identify opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project/product management.
• Ability to work with high-performance teams.
• Comfortable presenting to executive level audiences.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Office and data analysis.
• Desirable experience in digital consulting.
• Advanced level of English.
