Overview

The Designer at TEECOM will work at the intersection of technology and the built environment, focusing on creating innovative solutions that enhance building connectivity and safety.

In Short

• Support or manage the process of virtually constructing buildings.
• Proficient in Revit and other design software.
• Manage models and conduct BIM planning.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure project accuracy.
• Receive and delegate production tasks within the team.
• Engage in mentorship and hands-on training.
• Document design decisions and maintain accurate project records.
• Attend client meetings and prepare meeting notes.
• Perform delegated tasks from senior staff.
• Achieve billed revenue targets each quarter.

Requirements

• BS in Engineering (electrical preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of the AEC industry and design process.
• Experience with Autodesk software (AutoCAD, Revit).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and G Suite.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
• Team-oriented with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks.
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam Studio is a plus.
