In Short

• Develop, improve, and communicate the company's information security policy, standards, and guidelines.
• Manage information security risk management.
• Handle information security incidents.
• Control and improve existing processes in ISMS and BCMS.
• Lead and conduct awareness campaigns and training for employees on information security topics.
• Prepare data for internal and external IT audits.
• Conduct and lead internal information security audits.
• Manage and further develop ISMS and BCMS.
• Advise internal business and service units as well as IT teams on information security.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of information security frameworks (e.g., MARisk, BAIT, BSI, ISO, NIST, PCI-DSS), technologies, tools (e.g., DLP, IDS, IPS, GRC), and best practices (e.g., security automation, ITIL, RiskIT, Cobit).
• Experience in creating and/or maintaining ISMS and BCMS.
• Experience in IT operations, IT architecture, process management, quality management, or information security consulting.
• Knowledge in IT security.
• Knowledge of technologies and methods for risk assessment.
• Analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
• Experience in the pragmatic implementation of normative and regulatory requirements.
• Agile methodology and out-of-the-box thinking.
• Strong presentation and communication skills; experience in conflict management is desirable.
• Excellent team player in the workplace.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
