Web Project Manager and Quality Control - Remote

Overview

TechVibes Digital is a web agency specializing in the creation and maintenance of websites. We support our clients in building their digital presence: showcase sites, e-commerce, landing pages, and monthly maintenance.

In Short

• Receive and analyze client briefs submitted in French
• Write functional specifications for the development and integration team
• Create and track tickets in our management tools (Linear / Notion)
• Coordinate exchanges between team members
• Conduct complete functional testing before each delivery: navigation, forms, mobile/desktop responsiveness, links, loading speed
• Check deliverables for compliance with the initial brief
• Write clear bug reports and track their correction
• Validate final delivery and inform the client
• Participate in weekly team progress meetings

Requirements

• This position is only for candidates eligible for the ANAPEC Idmaj program, first-time job seekers, or recent graduates without significant experience.
• Good command of written and spoken French is essential, as our clients are French
• Organized, meticulous, attention to detail
• Comfortable with web browsers and collaborative tools (Linear, Notion, Google Workspace)
• Basic knowledge of WordPress (back-office navigation, page editor)
• Ability to understand a technical brief without necessarily knowing how to code
• Training in project management, digital marketing, communication, or equivalent
• Previous experience in a web or digital agency is a plus, but not mandatory
