Salesforce Engineering Lead - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Salesforce Engineering Lead to help us build software solutions for entrepreneurs worldwide. In this role, you will lead a team and build software solutions that enable Techstars to support promising entrepreneurs across the globe to the resources they need to break through, build and grow their businesses.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce development.
• 2+ years of team leadership experience.
• Experienced in conducting interviews and hiring decisions.
• Advanced knowledge of application design principles.
• Track record of managing team performance.
• Knowledge of Security and Sharing Best Practices.
• Experience in developing custom Apex, LWC, and Visualforce components.
• Experience in data migration across Salesforce environments.
• Experience implementing Salesforce CRM.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
