People & Process Generalist - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive People & Process Generalist to join our People & Culture team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in supporting the employee lifecycle by owning the documentation process, managing contingent labor and PEO platforms, and helping us maintain a smooth and efficient operation behind the scenes.

In Short

• Draft and issue employee lifecycle documents.
• Ensure all documentation is compliant with internal policies.
• Maintain accurate employee data across HR systems.
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews.
• Prepare new hire checklists and schedule onboarding sessions.
• Conduct exit interviews and synthesize feedback.
• Manage the Deel platform for contractors.
• Provide administrative support across the People team.
• Identify improvements to documentation and data management processes.
• Support recruitment operational workflows.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in People Operations or related role.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with HRIS and PEO platforms.
• Clear communication and confidentiality skills.
• Ability to leverage technology to improve processes.
• Familiarity with tools like Deel, HiBob, and Google Workspace.
• Experience in Agile methodologies is a plus.
