Middle Strong Python Developer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a skilled Middle Strong Python Developer to join a fast-growing fintech product team building an AI-powered platform that helps finance teams gain real-time cash visibility, automate reconciliation, and forecast cash flow—all powered by AI.

In Short

• Design and develop robust, scalable backend services.
• Architect cloud-native solutions in a distributed environment.
• Collaborate with data science teams to integrate AI into core features.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Participate in code reviews and provide technical feedback.
• Work closely with product and customer success teams to understand user challenges.
• Cooperate with cross-functional teams including frontend, DevOps, and product.
• 4+ years of experience as a backend engineer on large-scale projects.
• Strong Python 3.x skills (3+ years).
• Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.

Requirements

• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Redis).
• Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with API design and implementation.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, clean code principles, and testing.
• Intermediate English level or higher.
• Experience in microservices architecture is a plus.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and container orchestration is a plus.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins) is a plus.
• Background in fintech or treasury management systems is a plus.
• Understanding of event-driven architectures and data streaming with Kafka is a plus.
