Practice Group Leader Cyber Security - Remote

Overview

A leading independent infrastructure and managed services provider supports mission-critical IT in highly regulated industries.

In Short

• Responsible for P&L of an €80 million practice
• Develop go-to-market strategies for DORA, NIS2, and Zero-Trust topics
• Lead and scale a core team of 15-20 plus near/offshore units
• Build and maintain C-level customer relationships, including upselling and cross-selling
• Quality assurance for complex transformation and operational projects
• Represent the company at conferences and associations

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or Information Security; practical experience is more important
• 10+ years of experience in security consulting or managed security services
• Proven P&L success and sales strength at the enterprise level
• Deep knowledge of security architectures, cloud security, and resilience frameworks
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) and fluent in German & English
