Bookkeeper - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Bookkeeper to support both corporate and project-level accounting functions for a growing real estate development and management firm.

In Short

• Assist President with corporate bookkeeping.
• Prepare detailed monthly management and financial reports.
• Provide financial planning and forecasting.
• Prepare and file periodic tax filings.
• Prepare payroll.
• Assist Project Managers with bookkeeping.
• Manage and maintain record-keeping and billing.
• Assist with new loans and reporting requirements.
• Conduct project cost reviews.
• Assist with subcontractor administration processes.

Requirements

• Impeccable attention to detail.

• Intellectually curious and adaptable.
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
• 2+ years of Accounting experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration preferred.
• Experience with AppFolio or similar software preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
