Salesforce Admin & Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Salesforce Admin & Data Analyst to support the team in ensuring CRM data quality, supporting Salesforce configurations and automation, and enabling internal team training and adoption.

In Short

• Assist in the configuration and maintenance of Salesforce.
• Maintain clean, accurate, and consistent CRM data.
• Support end-user onboarding and training related to Salesforce tools.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards.
• Troubleshoot user issues and assist in implementing scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data usability.
• Document and promote Salesforce best practices across teams.
• Work closely with the Senior Salesforce Administrator.
• Work on great projects in a remote environment.
• Participate in team building events.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a data-focused role.
• Strong Salesforce experience including data management.
• Experience with Salesforce administration tasks.
• Understanding of systems integrations and data flows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
