Overview

We’re looking for a Collections Team Lead to oversee the collections process and lead a dedicated team. In this role, you’ll ensure timely follow-up on outstanding balances while maintaining strong and respectful client relationships.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in collections or similar role
• Experience as a Team Lead or Project Manager
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques
• Comfortable working with targets
• Patience in managing customer requests
• Strong problem-solving skills
