Requirements

• 1 year of experience in sales or client-facing role
• Aligned with the organization's faith-based values
• Emotionally intelligent and a good listener
• Resilient and compassionate
• Detail-oriented with strong organization skills
• Tech-savvy with CRM experience preferred
• Willing to complete a Marriage Intensive session
• Flexible to make occasional evening or weekend calls
