Overview

The Educational Consultant serves as a content expert and brand ambassador, supporting the full customer lifecycle and helping to establish Teaching Strategies as trusted experts in the early childhood education market.

In Short

  • Lead and mentor internal teams on content and product knowledge.
  • Partner with Sales and Partner Success Teams to grow revenue.
  • Support Marketing and Content teams in creating customer-facing materials.
  • Serve as a thought leader in the early childhood education field.
  • Build model implementations of products as examples of success.
  • Conduct training and professional development for customers.
  • Research customer needs and tailor presentations accordingly.
  • Travel up to 40% nationally as necessary.
  • Contribute to the onboarding of new employees.
  • Utilize excellent presentation skills both in-person and virtually.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of Teaching Strategies solutions.
  • 10+ years of experience in Early Childhood education.
  • B.A. in Early Childhood Education or related field; Master's preferred.
  • Leadership experience in program building.
  • Experience in adult learning training sessions.
  • Sales and implementation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to learn new technology applications.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel nationally.
