Overview

The Banking Associate plays a key role in delivering TD’s Brand promise at a store location by accurately completing everyday banking transactions and providing advice and educational support on services, products, and tools to help customers achieve their financial goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Teller experience preferred.
• Notary License preferred.
