Overview

As the Principal in Corporate Finance, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our company. You will be utilizing your expertise in corporate finance to help make critical decisions and effectively lead corporate finance-related projects, such as M&A, investor relations, and funding activities.

Requirements

• +5 years of working experience at a global investment bank, private equity fund, or corporate finance team.
• Degree in business administration, economics, or related field from a leading university.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to solve complex data problems in Excel.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
