Overview

Targray is seeking a Legal Counsel for Energy Trading in the Czech Republic to provide pragmatic, business-focused support for environmental commodities and clean-fuels trading.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B., J.D. or equivalent) from a recognized university.
• 3-5 years’ experience in the energy and physical commodities industry.
• Experience negotiating NAESB and EFET documentation.
• Experience with emissions allowance trading contracts.
• Strong drafting, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proactive and collaborative in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Commercial awareness and attention to detail are essential.
