The Senior Manager, UX Research will lead a team dedicated to enhancing Target's digital experience by championing user-centered design and collaborating across functional teams.

• Experience in a matrixed, global organization is a plus.
• Proactive in identifying and resolving team challenges.
• Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Experience in coaching and developing team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and demands.
• Strong advocacy for user-centered design principles.
