Senior Technical Recruiter (6-month W2 Contract) - Remote

• Utilize a range of deep sourcing techniques to find passive candidates, including LinkedIn and other outside-the-box sourcing strategies.

• Provide excellent candidate experience, partnering with senior recruiters to provide top-of-funnel support and hiring event support.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of technical sourcing experience, in a fast-paced environment.
• Ideally at least 1 year of in-house recruiting experience.
• Strong sourcing skills, and expertise with Boolean, specifically targeting Central and Eastern European countries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational skills and detail-oriented.
