In Short

  • Manage a portfolio of ~40 founders.
  • Conduct ~25 1:1 coaching calls weekly.
  • Drive high engagement within the community.
  • Track progress and client outcomes using Asana.
  • Collaborate on the development of client journeys and playbooks.
  • Collect feedback and propose solutions for improvement.
  • Work closely with the Success team to maximize client outcomes.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer success or coaching.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients effectively.
  • Proficient in using project management tools like Asana.
  • Passion for helping others succeed.
