Recruitment Specialist - Remote

Overview

As a Recruitment Specialist, you'll drive the candidate management lifecycle—from sourcing, selection, and assessment to pre-employment screening and beyond.

In Short

• Conduct client briefing sessions and document hiring briefs for internal and client reviews.
• Draft ad copy and position descriptions for sign-off, and post ads on agreed job boards.
• Engage in passive sourcing across multiple channels (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn).
• Develop social recruitment content and manage posts on Talent Right’s channels.
• Screen applicants and conduct initial candidate interviews, providing shortlist notes.
• Schedule client interviews and conduct pre-employment screening for candidates.
• Offer verbal feedback to unsuccessful candidates and manage timely processing of all applicants.
• Send weekly progress reports to clients and attend regular training sessions.

Requirements

• At least five years of industry experience.
• Top-notch English communication skills.
• Experience in an agency environment.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Resilient and proactive attitude.
• Work-from-home setup free from noise and distractions.
• Schedule aligns with Sydney hours, running from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily.
