Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship and current U.S. residency.
• 5+ years of inpatient coding experience across at least 2 specialties.
• Certification from AHIMA or AAPC (e.g., RHIT, RHIA, CCS, CIC, COC).
• Strong understanding of DRG assignment and federal compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems.
• Detail-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
