In Short

• Understand key drivers of the local business and collaborate with teams to articulate market strategy.
• Perform detailed financial analysis to model new investments and strategic initiatives.
• Report on monthly financial performance and analyze variances to plan/forecast.
• Support annual corporate operational planning and budgeting.
• Liaise between in-market teams and country leadership to ensure alignment.
• Invest in the team and foster a fun working environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence in cross-functional environments.
• Deeply analytical problem-solver with experience in data analytics languages.
• Excellent proficiency in Excel.
