The mission of Tailor is to democratize product creation, enabling anyone to easily bring their ideas to life by simplifying the complex aspects of product development.

In Short

• Develop customized web applications based on client requirements.
• Build data models and business logic on the Tailor Platform.
• Utilize middleware such as Auth0 and Tailor Platform.
• Monitor applications using Datadog.
• Work with technologies like TypeScript, GO, CUE, and cel-go.
• Employ frameworks such as Next.js, Playwright, and vitest.
• Collaborate using GitHub Copilot, WebStorm, and GoLand.
• Engage in open and proactive communication.
• Work remotely and adapt to flexible working hours.
• Participate in a mission-driven grading system for salary determination.

Requirements

• Experience in building package ERPs (Salesforce, SAP, Oracle NetSuite ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365).
• Development experience using Git.
• Ability to communicate openly and proactively.
• Capability to work remotely.
• Native-level Japanese proficiency.
• Residence in Japan.
