Overview

The Customer Service Representative (Change of Agent) will support clients during their onboarding process, managing inquiries and operational tasks to enhance customer experience.

In Short

  • Manage the Change of Agent process from client inquiry to compliance audit.
  • Prepare and file agent documents with Secretaries of State.
  • Communicate effectively with teammates about process issues.
  • Conduct compliance audits using state websites.
  • Assist in training new and existing employees.
  • Maintain filing fee charts and update forms library.
  • Work independently and in a team environment.
  • Identify ways to increase efficiency in processes.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 2 years equivalent experience in customer service or legal industry.
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time-sensitive projects.
  • Knowledge of corporate procedures or willingness to learn.
  • Capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • Maintains professionalism and punctuality.
  • Willing to share knowledge and assist coworkers.
