Overview

The Associate Director, Field Sales directs the work effort and performance of a manager or team of quota-carrying Field Sales Managers in the financial services sector. This role is responsible for managing budgets, enforcing governance, and supporting Sales Reps to meet sales targets while nurturing a strong team culture.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of sales and sales management experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with senior management.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a sales team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with technology components and business applications.
  • High degree of personal integrity and ethics.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
