Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to sell our Finance product to dental practices and reactivate dormant accounts, focusing on winning deals in a performance-driven environment.

In Short

  • Sell finance solutions to dental practices.
  • Manage a pure outbound sales pipeline.
  • Prospect and engage with dental practice owners and managers.
  • Handle objections and run structured sales conversations.
  • Deliver tailored demos and follow-ups.
  • Meet targets of signing £20k–£30k+ in new ARR monthly.
  • Collaborate with customers and partners for referrals.
  • Work remotely with occasional travel for key meetings.
  • Participate in team gatherings twice a year.
  • Contribute to a high-performance sales culture.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in finance solutions.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle objections logically and empathetically.
  • Experience with CRM and sales pipeline management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the dental industry is a plus.
