Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior HRIS Developer to join our team. In this key role, you will drive the automation and optimization of HR processes, create non-native integrations between HR systems, and develop robust audit and reporting tools.

In Short

Automate HR processes using low-code tools and custom coding.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in HR process automation and HR systems management.
Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Strong technical proficiency in Python.
Ability to adapt to new tools and platforms.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills for explaining technical solutions.
Strong accountability and focus on quality.
