In Short

• Inspect, assess and test products for conformity assessment with international and national regulations.
• Prepare reports and documentation of customer products to the appropriate standards.
• Support sales and marketing with expertise as required including customer presentations.
• Test procedure generation.
• Correspond with customers and Product Safety Agencies regarding Product Design Approaches for Safety.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
• Keep abreast of Product Safety requirements and test procedures.
• Validation of clients’ requirements and site inspections.
• Provide help to customers during their safety test program.
• Work within the controls of an ISO 17025 Quality System.

Requirements

• Master of Science in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical degree required.
• 2 years experience in Safety testing and certification.
• 2 years in functional safety assessment.
