HR Systems Functional Expert - Remote

Overview

Benchling is looking for a HR Systems functional expert to join our People Operations team. In this role, you will manage our People technology stack, refine and streamline our People processes, and own reporting for our HR data.

In Short

• Primary point of contact for configuration of Workday.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to refine performance management processes.
• Manage Time and Absence business processes in Workday.
• Generate insights from People data for departmental leaders.
• Point of contact for People technology stack including Culture Amp and Knoetic.
• Work with Security and Compliance teams for audit materials.
• Field tickets related to People systems and provide customer service.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience using and configuring Workday.
• Experience with reporting in Workday and BI tools like Tableau.
• Familiarity with other People software like Culture Amp and ADP.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate with multiple departments.
• Experience with audits like SOC2 and ISO.
• Project management experience.
