Overview

T-Rex Solutions is seeking a Senior AWS Architect to design, deploy, operate, and maintain resilient secure Cloud environments as the Department of Education transitions from an on-premise infrastructure to the cloud.

In Short

• Design Cloud-based system architectures.
• Ensure compliance with open systems standards.
• Evaluate compatibility of information system development efforts.
• Develop corrective actions for Cloud connectivity issues.
• Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Strong experience in architecture domains.
• Familiar with cloud technology concepts.
• Experience working in public cloud environments.
• Ability to meet with customers to gather business requirements.
• 10+ years of experience in public cloud environments.

• Familiar with SaaS, PaaS, IaaS.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools.
• Experience with containerization and management.
• Ability to adapt to new situations.
• Must be punctual and reliable.
