Overview

The Project Manager will ensure the successful delivery of Sysco GB’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 Transformation Project, a critical initiative supporting our modernisation strategy and ambitious growth objectives.

In Short

• Responsible for project planning and execution for Dynamics 365 go-lives.
• Maintain project artefacts and facilitate governance forums.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Collaborate on change management and communication plans.
• Define and manage cutover plans for go-live phases.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project.
• Experience in delivering ERP transformations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

• Work remotely and manage geographically dispersed teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in delivering business change projects.
• Experience with ERP/CRM implementations, preferably Dynamics 365.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and software delivery lifecycles.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to break down complex tasks into actionable steps.
• Experience in project management tools like Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.
