Sr. Manager, Revenue Planning & Analysis - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Manager, Revenue Planning & Analysis (RP&A) to drive our revenue model, monitor performance, and identify opportunities to enhance value or optimize costs.

In Short

• Develop and manage the organization’s revenue model.
• Collaborate with RevOps and Analytics teams.
• Partner with GTM VPs to refine headcount and productivity models.
• Track performance against the revenue plan.
• Lead monthly commercial performance retrospectives.
• Provide detailed analyses for revenue and cost initiatives.
• Analyze customer trends for strategic decisions.
• Enhance reporting processes with operations, sales, and HR teams.
• Drive strategic financial and GTM projects.
• Support future fundraising efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A or commercial analytics.
• Advanced data literacy and modeling expertise.
• Proficient in BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Understanding of SaaS value and cost drivers.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Commercial acumen and exceptional communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders.
