Your next career step in sales – with impact and scope for design. As (Senior) Key Account Manager, you will be part of our dedicated sales team and work closely with our specialized recruiters. You will take responsibility for expanding our client portfolio in the Contracting Finance & HR sector and actively contribute your ideas in direct exchange with executives of international companies.

In Short

Identify new business opportunities and build sustainable customer relationships in the finance and HR environment.
Manage your own portfolio and develop individual solutions for the deployment of experts.
Generate new interim projects and fill them accurately with freelance specialists.
Develop creative approaches to customer acquisition and retention and implement them independently.
Recognize trends and potentials and use them for your sales success.

Requirements

At least 2–3 years in the B2B service environment, ideally in personnel services.
Passion for sales: You are enthusiastic about sales and interested in finance and HR topics.
You enjoy approaching people – cold calls are an opportunity for you, not a hindrance.
You convince with empathy, negotiation skills, and a clear focus on results.
Very good German language skills (C1) and good English language skills (B2).
