Full-Stack Software Engineer, Frontend - Remote

In Short

• Develop the next generation of the Scaler product, a process simulation and techno-economic assessment tool.
• Work closely with the lead software engineer to develop Scaler from the ground up.
• Focus on UI/UX development while contributing across the software stack.
• Shape product vision and roadmap based on user feedback.
• Lead the development of new frontend features.
• Build a flexible and intuitive UI/UX for chemical engineers.
• Develop a React component library for code reuse.
• Add LLM-powered capabilities for user suggestions.
• Build out a data pipeline for model-relevant data.
• Collaborate with process engineering and business teams.

Requirements

• Experience developing full-stack web applications.
• Strong skills in Typescript and React.
• High level of ownership and responsibility.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with frameworks like React, Next.js, and TailwindCSS is a plus.
• Early-stage startup experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with science and engineering disciplines is a plus.
• Good design intuition and ability to prototype in Figma is a plus.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
