Country Regulatory Manager - Remote

Overview

Syngenta is seeking a Country Regulatory Manager to support product registration and compliance activities in Portugal, working closely with national authorities and internal teams.

In Short

• Obtain and maintain product registrations in line with business objectives.
• Prepare registration dossiers ensuring compliance with EU and national requirements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across the Portuguese portfolio.
• Provide regulatory advice on trends and changes in the regulatory environment.
• Build relationships with national authorities and third-party companies.
• Degree in Agronomic Sciences or equivalent with 2 years experience in Regulatory Affairs.
• Knowledge of EU regulatory frameworks for crop protection.
• Ability to analyze and summarize scientific data.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
• Advanced IT skills with regulatory databases.

Requirements

• Degree in Agronomic Sciences or equivalent scientific discipline.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Regulatory Affairs.
• Knowledge of EU and national regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to critically review and analyze scientific data.
• Effective planning and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
• Advanced IT skills and familiarity with regulatory databases.
