In Short

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business and communication application users.
  • Troubleshoot, reproduce, and document customer issues.
  • Identify and report recurring technical issues for process improvement.
  • Maintain and expand the internal Knowledge Base.
  • Communicate complex technical issues clearly to customers.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Technical Support or IT role.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot application workflows.
  • Exceptional customer communication skills.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented mindset.
