Overview

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to spearhead our efforts in selling cutting-edge embedded banking technology solutions to Fintech partners and our expanding network of sponsor banks.

• Guide, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Partner with team members to identify and nurture prospects.

Requirements

• 6 to 10 years of experience in business development or sales.
• Demonstrated success in leading and growing a sales team.
• Deep knowledge of FinTech and banking markets.
• Proven ability to drive sales strategy.
• Exceptional negotiation skills.
• A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments.
