SVP & GM, Wellness - Remote

Overview

The SVP, GM – Wellness is responsible for strategy development and execution for the Wellness portfolio, managing annual plans, P&L, and growth objectives.

In Short

• Develop and manage strategic action plans for performance targets.
• Navigate portfolio dynamics to implement key business strategies.
• Drive overall portfolio financial performance and growth metrics.
• Own and drive new product features and capabilities.
• Deliver corporate reporting to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Partner with sales leadership to drive growth and assess performance.
• Represent Synchrony in negotiations and client agreements.
• Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Manage client incentives and performance targets.
• Support business-wide initiatives and special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 12 years equivalent experience in Financial Services.
• Minimum of 8 years leadership experience in financial services.
• 5 years negotiation and contract management experience.
• Deep understanding of SYF products and services.
• Proven track record of delivering results.
• Strong knowledge of card business operations.
• Superior financial acumen and resource alignment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
