Release Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Release Manager, you will work in a structured manner, keeping track of complex software solutions to ensure their quality and reliability in deployment.

In Short

• Define clear release scopes and coordinate implementation.
• Conduct code reviews of external developers (QA) and ensure quality.
• Test new features, integrate them into the production system, and handle documentation.
• Support technical support in reproducing issues, create clear tickets, and drive automation efforts.
• Develop and test independently as needed and assist in onboarding new developers.

Requirements

• Residence in the Münster area.
• Technical understanding of Python-based web applications (e.g., Django, Vue.js, Docker, Kubernetes, REST APIs, Linux).
• Experience with code reviews and quality assurance.
• Structured work style, analytical thinking, and attention to detail in testing and documentation.
• Willingness to help and strong communication skills in German (native) and very good English skills.
