Area Account Director (Pacific Northwest) - Remote

Overview

Symmetrio is recruiting for an Account Director for our customer, a large global medical device company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling high-dollar capital equipment and software solutions to hospitals and health systems within the Pacific Northwest Territory. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth. Previous experience selling into hospitals, IDNs, and healthcare systems is a MUST.

In Short

• Build and manage relationships with current customers.
• Identify new customers and develop relationships for the purpose of selling solutions.
• Develop sales plans to expand market share within the assigned territory.
• Selling in a TEAM environment, utilizing specialists and managers when needed.
• Stay abreast of changes in the marketplace and industry.
• Give presentations and coordinate product demonstrations.
• Work with marketing, product development, and management.

Requirements

• Results oriented to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
• Experience with sales quotas and forecasting in healthcare.
• Successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Product knowledge and ability to conduct presentations.
• Healthcare industry experience.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Benefits

• Total compensation ranges from $230,000 to $260,000 OTE.
