As the VP of Marketing at Swyfft, you will lead the strategic direction of the company's marketing efforts, focusing on enhancing brand presence in the property and casualty insurance market.

Requirements

• 10+ years of marketing experience, with 3-5 years in property & casualty insurance.
• Proven track record in B2B and B2C marketing.
• Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design.
• Experience in driving revenue growth through marketing initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proficiency in modern MarTech stacks.
