Overview

As an HR Recruiter/Generalist at Swyfft, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, hiring, and onboarding new talent while also engaging with various HR functions such as payroll and benefits.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience in a startup or growing company.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with video and chat technologies.
• Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace.
