Overview

We are looking for a VP of Marketing to lead Zinier’s global marketing strategy and execution, focusing on a mission to enable deskless workers achieve greater success.

In Short

Own and drive the marketing strategy across brand, demand generation, product marketing, and communications.
Define and evangelize our category, building differentiated positioning and messaging.
Partner with Sales to create playbooks and programs that drive pipeline and revenue.
Increase brand awareness through thought leadership, content, webinars, and PR.
Shape our digital presence as the product owner for Zinier’s website.
Champion customer advocacy with programs amplifying customer success stories.
Represent Zinier externally as a thought leader at industry events.

Requirements

8+ years of marketing leadership experience in B2B SaaS or PaaS.
Experience running a full-stack marketing function.
Proven success in building categories and scaling brands.
Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
Strong collaboration experience with Sales and Product teams.
A data-driven yet creative mindset.
Global perspective; international experience is a plus.
